Sampling rate: For all item ,anytime

Criterion of acceptability: Exactly conform with the samples which has been approved by client

To guarantee at least 99% qualification rate each Item of each order ,Aging process must be impose on each item of each order .

For each item of each order , sample 30% of the order quantity , run for 36hours at the highest level of it’s rated voltage

If rejection rate higher than 0.2%, the aging process will be extend to all of the same item . if the rejection rate still higher than 0.2% , the production should be paused until the source which caused the issues was found out .

meet the requirement of regulation of R65 of E-MARK approval

R65 Requires ,the Frequency of rotating & flashing function should be limited in the range of 2~4Hz, at the voltage of 90%, 100%,115% of voltage rate , this requirement is easy to achieve for single flash function , so most supplier only do the certificate of flash function only , the Rotating Frequency is very hard to control .

R65 Also Requires the color should satisfy the specified requirement in chromaticity coordinate

With this equipment , our engineer can adjust their design to meet the requirement of R65 according to the Experiment data
